Got an answer from someone at sonic foundry:
"There is no OMF export in Vegas. You could render
.wav, multiple stereo. This would give you a separate .wav file for each track, in one render pass.
.Wav are easily brough into PT- just line them all up and start mixing. PT also has a strip silence function, which can turn these long files into multiple events if needed."
