Buying a preamp

Hey guys, I'm planning to buy a mic preamp for my guitar and mic.

I wanted to ask, does anyone have it and is it good? I mean, I need to make sure because I didn't find any reviews or videos on youtube about it.

Sorry, dont have it. Haven't heard of it.
I do have the presonus tubepre and i like it. I've heard people saying that they don't like the stock tube in it, but I think it's fine. Puts out a lot of gain and is nice and clean sounding.

Never heard or tried it but for another $100 (or whatever the USD translates to) you could get the DMP3 by M Audio.

That is also a interface , it connects to your PC Via USB ...... I personally wouldn"t buy something like that , it will record 2 tracks but if you eventually want to expand the number of inputs you will have to buy a whole new unit ..... Pluss the unit is only 16 bit ....


I would say buy a good quality 8 CH Interface with it"s own preamps and you will be set to record for the forseeable future ...... Like they say , buy cheap buy twice .....
