Backlight on Korg N264?

Hello,

Anyone have any experience at replacing the backlight on a Korg N264?
LCD display works fine, but the backlight is bigtime dim. I have a fair amount of electrical/electronic experience, but I also don't wanna open up a can of worms that ain't gonna close. Any input?

mam, if you make it there, please post the result and how do you do that. I need to replace backlit LCD of N364 of mine... It's quite difficult to find info about it around my country. I'll do all electronic repair myself. Thanks!!!!!

My backlight has been out for 3 years on my X-3, haven't been in much of a hurry to fix it. I stumbled onto that site awhile back and just saved it.

So mam if it works out for you please let us know.
