Any1 knows the Digitech VTP-1 (dual channel tube mic pre)?

I just saw this thing for the first time. looks decent; vu's, switches for -20dB, phase, phantompower, 2x mid sweep and high and low. eq bypass. $600. Whaddayathink?

I've got one I paid 300.00 for it, also dig outs and a send/return Loop..Not a bad pre for cheap!{Made for Digitech by IVL in Canada}Can do the clean thing pretty well ,it is better at the color/warm thing {IMO}..Throw a ART Levelar{Opto} {it will give you a 2 chan Vox strip}in the loop might be kinda MEEKish...Went for about a $1,000 new I belive..$600.00..Humm see if you can beat the price down..You should have to pay about $450.00 or so..Good luck
