another vs.! (MOTU 828 vs. Event EZBus)

I was reading about the EZ bus, and realized that you can use it as a standalone.

I already purchsed the MOTU 828 and they are the same price. Perhaps the EZBus is PC only?

Ah well...let me know what ya think or know.

I, personally, would stick with the 828 fo one reason alone. FIREWIRE. I believe, and I could be wrong, that the event is USB, no?

these are just my opinons...i like firewire.

I ahve USB on my Mbox, and it works fine...I just think FW is the way to go.
