Aardvark Direct Pro Q10

have you guys ever had problem with your q10s, if so what was it and howd you fix it? my q10 is weird. it only receives puts out sound every other time i turn the computer on. this past week, ive had the problem fo it working at all. but mainly its been configuration issues. i say htis because i installed the driver from the website. and it only lets sound go in. i cna hear it through the monitors but it wont show up on the levels. if you have any help please share it with me. if i cant get it to fix. im oging to sell and get a 896 hd.

another quewstion. should i stick with the q10 or go to the motu?
