Anyone else using Camelot Pro for live performance?

Hi everyone!

I recently started exploring Camelot Pro by Audio Modeling, and I've been pleasantly surprised by how well it works for live jamming and performance.

I've tried achieving a similar workflow with several DAWs, but I often run into crashes or stability issues during longer sessions. With this kind of setup, the session tends to grow over time as you keep adding more instruments, plugins and effects, so having something specifically designed around live performance makes a lot of sense.

I've been really enjoying its flexible audio and MIDI routing, especially when combining hardware instruments, software instruments and effects in the same setup.

There are just a few things I'd love to see improved, particularly around the mixer. For example, having a dedicated limiter on the master output would be really useful for live performance. I'd also love a bit more flexibility when managing the FX chain, such as being able to remove or reorder effects more freely.

And one other thing I'm curious about: MIDI file import. Camelot already handles audio backing tracks very nicely through the Timeline, so being able to import MIDI sequences in a similar way could open up some interesting possibilities for live setups.

Maybe I'm missing something, though, if any of these things are already possible, please let me know!

Anyway, I wanted to share a video showing the kind of workflow I've been able to build in Camelot Pro. It's a really interesting approach to live performance, and I'm having a lot of fun exploring it.

Hope you enjoy the video!
