80$ Senn. E609 Silv?

Not too long ago, I found a website that offered the Sennheiser E609 Silver Mic for 80$ each.
I must have deleted the link, or lost it in my collection. I can't seem to find it again.

Does anyone know where I could find the e609s at 80$, instead of the 100$ I'm seeing everywhere?

I know there are frugal pricewatchers out there, like me, trying to save 20$.

I bought a small bulk of them for around $78 each, and passed the savings on to a few people that bought them from me shipped for like $85, I havent seen them for $80 anywhere, but wish I had before. Killer mic for the price, cant beat it. I'm using one as a talkback just cause its cool looking in that position. :)

try Joel Pare at Full Compass. Always a good guy to deal with.
 
I just found this on Ebay

75.99 + $7.00 for shipping aint a bad deal at all.

I have one of these mics and they rock. I have the black faced one too (which I bought from Tubedude, thanx again!) it is great too. It has a different color to it though. I have found myself reaching for it more lately than the silver.

Did you buy that? I was looking at it earlier today and thinking about it, but I decided to pass. I think I'll just try to press my luck at Guitar Center (*gasp*) and hope I can talk someone down a few bucks, or maybe try to get a deal on the mic and a Mogami mic cable.
 
northernsound has it for $89....you may be able to talk them down a few bucks but that aint bad for that mic, new from a dealer......
