Has anyone ever had experience with these good looking guitars? $620. The guitar is right in my price range, but then I tell myself "Just spend $200 more and get an American Telecaster". I've been thinking about it, I have. I might, I really might.
Thanks,
Rob

Have one ordered from my local store. Will give you the lowdown when it arrives.

Cheers,

Nathan

Thanks,

Thanks,
I'm really torn between buying a Mexican or an American Telecaster. I just want the right guitar. I don't care where it's made, as long as it's worth the extra cost.
Thanks,
Rob

I'm also wondering about the same thing, is a USA model better for the price if you have a good amp with a mexican? I'm happy enough with my epiphone when compared to a gibson with the price in mind...how is it with fenders?

theyre bassically the same thing. the the thing that impacts it the most is the pickups. if it has the same pickups, then go for the cheaper one.

Just got the Thinline today. I have been playing it through my Twin. In my opinion this guitar sounds better than my 1992 USA Strat, and my 1972 Tele Deluxe (not a reissue).

The neck plays like butter, the low end is round and punchy, the pickup selector switch gives a lovely variety of tone. Just what I was looking for. Way more versatile than I thought it would be. I may sell the Strat now.

F**k vintage, f**k 'USA made is better than Mexincan made', this is my new no. 1 axe.

Thanks for the feedback

What you've said here is definately going to be considered when I go buyin soon. I just want the best value. I don't think I have any business spending $900 right now on a guitar, so I just want something that will keep me fed for awhile.
Thanks,
Rob
