what do you think!??

I actually use 2 MXL1006 as overheads, and I dont like them very much, too midrangey.

I also own a C1. So, I was wondering if I sould get a second - C1, or 2 - B1.

I think I would get a second C1.. but wht do U think??? This would be a bit cheaper to get 2 B1..

I get a pair of the B1's, Marshall MXL603's, or Marshall MXL990's....

Go for two SP B1's... you won't regret it.

Kryogh,
I just bought some stuff from http://www.8thstreet.com

I had my stuff shipped to the US, and I will just go over the border and pick the mics up. I didn't ask if they would ship to Canada, but I could not see it being a problem, if they would sell to me with a Canadian credit card and a different shipping address than billing address. Just be carfull of UPS, they kill you with "brokerage fees."

I don't have a C1 and do not have professional ears but, I just got two B1's and I love them! They seem very honest and uncolored. I like that kind of thing.

I also don't have much to compare them with as my 'mic locker' consists of an sm58, a c3000b, and some radio shack pzm's.
