on that particular night, I got the 2nd argument along with some extra-special curse words because I refused to buy a $400k house on a 1/2 acre next to a friggin' horse stable. the house was nice looking but it was across the street from a dilapidated horse track. like i want to smell horse crap on a hot summer day.
