somehow my original cf card lots its info, i tried installing the new 1.10 on the card but it doesnt work. seems like the card must be mr 8 formatted first, before it will upgrade, any suggestions, i get un unfamilliar screen (Looks simillar but the text and numerals are wrong) and the menu...

kdgospel i am trying to do this with little success, gaps or parts dont line up well, or little kinks in the spliceing, could you explain how you do it? Thank you for any help you might offer

can anyone explain in laymans terms how to utilize the analizer in the channel eq, i can add nodes and view the specrum but cant figure out how to use it to adjust the eq? any help is greatly appreciated

i have a 31 band eq from my pa and a compressor, how can i run the signal through these units when recording a track?

its really not all that bad, you can get a bigger card but it works great for me. I do one song at a time and then download to pc, on a 3 min song after bouncing i easily finish with 8 tracks on a song.

i have a old unity peavey mixer, no real aux's. 2 31 band eq's into compressor, (only vocals through pa so i compress all, unity mixer has no aux.). Can i go from the compressor into the mr 8 fostex ins, instead of the power amp to record eq'ed and compressed signal. tape out doesnt go through...

my first attempt at recording is very muddy ay ideas or suggestions?
