Has anyone ever owned or played a Univox guitar? I've got a line on a cool-looking hollowbody electric 12-string in one of the local buy-and-sell stores. I didn't have time to sit down and play it yet, but if anyone has any experience with Univox I'd like to know about it, thanks!

I've gotta ask a question here...so, we buy monitor speakers so we can get a true representation of our music without the enhancements that regular stereo speakers provide, right? During mixdown we set volume levels and EQ settings so the mix sounds good through these ridiculously expensive...

Anyone familiar with the relative merits of those little cassette-type head demagnetizers vs. the electronic wand-type units? The guys at our local pro audio place said they'll both do just as good a job...but I'm skeptical. Anyone used both, or know anything about this?
