it is buzzing from like the guitar and bass guitar, doesnt do much when my kick or toms are hit....

Is there a safe way to get the snare to stop making that noise. I dont wanna tape the snares down as i feel i will lose quality, and possible damage to them...any suggestions

Has anyone heard of the Sabian 15 in hats? I think they are B8 pro rock or something like that...someone offered them to me for like 50 bucks, i know they are in great condition...is this a good deal? If anyone has tried these can someone give me a lil detail about them?

well right now my band is mainly doing cover stuff...southern rock...ya know zz top.. skynyrd... .38 special..stuff like that...but we also do like acdc...and i like to get into it....im sure i could round up some kinda demo if anyone wants to hear us..doubtful

what kind of hats and rides do you guys use. I just have the cheapy zbt zildjians and i am wanting to upgrade. It doesnt have to stay zildjian name just something that sounds good. I pretty much play agressive.

ok when run our stuff through the mixer it is only kinda loud, when we run a stereo through it it is like really loud. Is there something we should be doing to make us louder? turn up more gain than volume? any help thanks

I have them, they have a pretty nice aggressive sound if thats what you are looking for.

my band has 4 sets of duel 15s....8 15 should be loud enough just about anywhere you play :D

1. What kind of heads are on it?---the beater side i have evan g2 and the other i think is like a g2, but has the hole in it 2. What kind of muffling is in it?---I have some towels, should i invest in a small feather pillow? 3. what kind of kick mic?--- my mics are peavey, i got the package...

when i run my kick into our board all i get is a thud, and i am wanting more of a punch. The actually kick sounds great but i cant get it to go though the board with the same sound. Should I tighten the heads so there wont me as much of a thud? The board is a 3 band eq anything i should fine...

I am actually wanting to get an old vintage sound....the style of music my band plays is 70's and 80's rock so i am kinda wanting to capture that sound. Is there a simple way to just like mic the drums and EQ them....or should I still use a compresser and all that good stuff?
