Give me some honest feedback. We're in the middle of recording this song and I'd like to hear some opinions from people that have been doing this for a while.
This is my first time recording anything that isn't in your face blasting metal. I've never recorded acoustic guitar, or keyboards...
I want outputs 1&2 to go to the Monitors, and outputs 3&4 to go to headphones...HOW?
I got an MAudio Delta 66. I want analog outputs 1 & 2 to go to my monitors, and outputs 3 & 4 to go to a headphone amp. I want the same exact mix to go to both. How do I do this in CuBase SX?
This is the same band I posted before, different song though. This is my second mix ever and I tried to make it as consistent as possible with the first song we mixed.

Alright, this is my first mix ever. My buddy's band has had lots of stuff recorded for quite some time and haven't been able to get it mixed properly. Low $$$. So he brought his Alesis HD24 full of stuff to my place and we started to get down and dirty. Took us a few days to clean some of...

Is it possible to use a computer keyboard as a MIDI controller? Assign different keys to different midi functions and notes.
The only reason I ask, is because I need a VERY simple MIDI controller to lay down simple drum beats and then edit them from the Drum Map...
How many tracks with average of 2 plugins each will I be able to have recorded and playing at the same time in Cubase SX (provided that everything is set up correctly)with this setup? Dual Processor/Hyperthreading mode will be enabled in Cubase.

I also posted this in the Drum's Forum, but I figured that more people might see it if I posted it here too.

Hi, I'm fairly new to home recording, and I've been recording a few things but the main thing I'm having trouble with is drums.
I'm currently using Fruity Loops and I got some decent samples, but my drum beats just sound too..."straight." I can't really use any odd time signatures and I can't...
