Is this a good deal.

for $159 you could do much better. do you plan on using a laptop, or a regular computer? either way i think you can do better.
 
I don't need to record more than two channels at a time(I'm REALLY smalltime)

Is there anything out there under $200(and no...not $199.99, less than that) that can do more?

I've been looking and haven't had much luck.
