It sounds like you've got your compressors set too aggressively. The mix is ducking on the kick.

Seriously boring. Nothing new, overly compressed, over loud and overlay-ed with quasi religious choir that was cool on Rick Wakeman's Journey to the Centre of the Earth or Sabbath Bloody Sabbath but they were 40 years ago.

At around 1:04 I definitely want to hear more bass... like super deep bass, then I want that to continue from there depending on whoever raps on top of it. They can get weird with it and have the bass drop out again depending on the verse and the flow, but I still think it should get even more powerful from 1:04 and on. I think this beat would benefit from having a bridge or one section that is completely different, but still fits with the rest of the beat. That will separate it from the rest. The balance of the mix is on point though for the genre. I think the kick should duck the rest of the mix for this genre and I think the hi hat and snare should be a little harsh. Also - just my two cents - dark and moody beats are cool, but making a beat that someone can move and get excited to is what sells.

Fine that's clear. I have listened to your tracks on soundclick and the type of music is completly diffrent so the use of choirs is everybody his opinion. For the mix yes I have still lot to learn therefor I ask for honest opinions about how to improve and not the sounds I use. Thanks for your honest reply. This only motivates me to improve even more
