Mic'n up an Entire house

Looks like you'll be punching a lot holes in walls Zaldo .... hope you didn't have to put down a deposit.
May I suggest the Bidford 2000 sawsall.
Small holes about 3" would be big enough and can be very easily patched with dry wall mud when you leave.

What if the "dry wall" (I'm assuming that's what we call gyprock / plasterboard over here) is painted an actual colour? Bit hard to patch that....

Then again, if the place is housing two bands, then I guess the greatest risk is that you might leave a clean spot when you patch... can't have that! :D

Yeah the last house I rented I used all of the wood to build a boat.
The landlord is still looking for that house.
