...I heard some of your most recent stuff, and the first thing that surprised me was how flat and boxy your drums sounded for someone who's always trashing everyone else's drum sound!!!
If it wasn't for some of the L/R guitars...I would swear those drums were done in Mono with wallets taped to the heads!
Then again...maybe you just need to check your studio monitors...?

No...I actually thought that when I first heard your songs a week or so back, and I certainly wasn't "mad" about anything at the time...actually, it made me kinda' chuckle when I heard them...considering all the big drum talk from you over the last few months.
I could never be mad about something like that.

I mean it's pretty obvious just by how quickly your comments turned into personal digs (what else is new).
I guess you say one thing here, but you record drums so that they ARE beating people over their heads. If you hit wet cement with a 2"x4" the sound would have more depth, body and musicality than some of the drums on your album.
Next time just use EZ Drummer…turn up the track levels...set everything to Mono.
