Just a quick "howdy" to at least say how happy (actually, elated) I am with this tube ribbon from Chance's group buy. Since I got it today, I haven't afforded it the 24-hour burn-in time, and while I wasn't going to even try it out until tomorrow, I couldn't wait. I don't have any sound bites...

What's the deal? Was it no good, or was it too expensive to justify? It's no longer available, it appears, on the SP mikes that used it.

I'm more of a condenser type of nut.

When I stick my own CDs into my computer to play on a software, none of the tracks are identified. Just "unknown artist" track one. I use CD Architect 5.0.
