Allright... This may sound stupid....

Well, I need a unit that can be used at recording and/or live...

And, since I'm in a budget, have come down to these units:

Zoom 707II
Line 6 POD

Which one would you choose?

(BTW, I'm playing with a Gibson Les Paul Studio, if that matters...)

Thanks in advance,
Pedro

POD.

But only 'coz its the only one I have any experience with.

Sorry if thats no help.

bartok,

I use the POD for recording, but would not recommend it for live use. The POD really shines more as an amp emulator for recording. I am not familiar with that model Zoom. I would see if you could test drive them both at your dealer to see if they will fit at home. Let us know what you come up with.
