One main question. does it get rid of 'hiss etc,,' well? :confused:

I bought one of these eons ago. At the time it's variable features were good for learning the basics, attack and release times (vs say '166's for example).
Generally I'd say they're not too great sounding but there may also be different versions out there.
Get rid of hiss.. no. The gate was a joke. Closed in two completely weird slow steps.
