I didn't know what the title should be. Here's my situation. I use to use Win98 with a D-man 2044 with Sonar 1.... and I used the Roland JV-1010 for my midi using Band in a box. Sonar versions above 1. seems to recommend Win xp for the operating system. When I went to xp my sound card no longer worked. So I bought a Delta 1010. Which I always wanted anyway. Now that all that is working my Roland JV 1010 no longer works because there are no xp drivers. This seems like a endless circle. I guess I'm just wondering what you guys would do? If I went back to Win98 I think everything would work as long as I stayed with Sonar 1.** Or do I trash my Roland JV-1010 module, "which works fine for what I do" just because Roland won't make a xp driver? I guess all you guys went though this at some point. What did you do or what would you recommend? Thanks for your help and thoughts.
