I'm pretty sure your in the wrong forum, but I know when my CEP software all of the sudden went crazy and all my options dissappeared, I just uninstalled and reinstalled the software and it was back to normal. You probably already did that, so in case you did, I'd contact Sony to see if they'll send you another copy or something.
