Hi everyone,
I'm trying to go pretty cheap on a MS setup and all that (I think) is left is I need some kind of wind protection. I'm using an audix d4 zip-tied
to an AT2050 and so far it has worked really well for me. I know there are much better options out there for MS recording but the AT2050 is so cheap for a good multi pattern.
Given how I've mounted the mics--I know it's cheap/crappy and I'm open to suggestions--what's the best way to cut down wind noise?
Thanks a lot for the help guys. A picture of the setup is attached.
