I used Cubase with Line6 GX, it was working fine. Now I joined Focusrite Scarlett for pre-amp. Now when I record, its recording only one side. Why this happened? Please help me.

Record to a mono track instead of a stereo track. That will fix the problem.

Yeah, record a stereo source. Guitar is a mono input.

If you uss a mono track and pan it center, the same thing is coming out of both speakers. If you record the same thing to a stereo track, the same thing is coming out of both speakers, but you are using twice the hard drive space and processing power.
In order to actually record in stereo, you need a stereo source and two inputs.
