Thumbs up for AMS. I've bought from many online retailers, and all have been good to me. However I've spent most of my shopping dollars at AMS, namely due to their E-ZPayment Plan. If I find a lower price elsewhere, including my 'semi' local music store (45 minutes away) - AMS will match it. And believe you me I look all over to find the lowest price before spending my money! So far this year I've made at least a dozen transactions from them, all new items aside from one used. Not a problem aside from one of the new items working for all of a day before the software "froze" permanently(harmonizer). I called and they sent out a UPS ground return label right away. I've made several returns on other items as well namely because after receiving I realized the item wouldn't suit my needs. I never had an issue returning anything. Gotten my RA almost immediately and got the credit/cash back as well once they received it back. What I've found best about AMS is how freakin fast they ship. I can order by 4pm one day, with the free UPS ground, and receive the item next day. (they are located in NJ, I'm in NY). Can't beat that.
Bottom line is if you have a particular merchant you like to buy from, try pricematching from another business/site. Most every merchant would rather make some money on a sale to you then lose the business while you go buy from someone else.
