Im planning to buy two mics. One for recording Vocals and one for recording elec guitar. I dont have so much money so i need some good and quite cheap mics. Do you have any suggestions?

What exactly is your budget???
You could go with a Shure SM58 for around $100 - use it on vocals, then pop the foam screen off and you "essentially" have an SM57 to record guitar with....
