Which Mic. to Thicken Vocals?

Theres a list of much better artists that made hit records using the SM7 too.

I am not a fan but it doesn't get much better than MJ's voice....

I find it thin and raspy most of the time...next to Phil Collins probubly the worst in the buisness...but they do sell records.
