I can't seem to find any, and my heads are in desperate need of a cleaning.

Go to any drug store and, if need be, ask the pharmacist for at least 90% (or higher) isopropyl alcohol.

I suggest also appearing as deranged as possible when asking the pharmacist! :D

Cheers! :)

yeah, and stutter and roll your eyes when you ask him! hahahahaha!

go to radio/electronic supply store. Most of the stuff in supermarkets is 70% tops.

Funny you mention it, my roommate just went grocery shopping and decided to get me some alcohol since I've been bitching about getting some for a few days.

She came back with a bottle entitled "Rubbing Alcohol Isopropyl" and below that, 70%.

I don't think I should use this stuff.

Freeze it on its side. Maybe the alcohol wont freeze and youll be able to avoid the water? Completely absurd. Sorry I posted.

my point is that generally speaking, you dont want water near anything electronic. besides, and aside from the cleaning aspect, "rubbing" alcohol evaporates much much slower than "pure" iso alcohol.

rubbing alcohol also contains things like mineral spirits and oils.... never use this stuff... try a paint store... there's is generally 90+%...
