Let's talk about all the plugins you really want or have already. And which ones you think are the best.

Sonic Foundry Acoustic Mirror
Sonic Timeworks Reverb 4080L
Sonic Timeworks Mastering EQ
Waves Native Gold Bundle
They rock!

Maybe because DSP cards are expensive and have a way of becoming quickly obsolete? No question, writing software for a dedicated DSP is 9 times out of 10 going to give a performance edge, for a little while, but native apps have major cost, compatibility, and transportability advantages.ap said:UAD-1... ...I really can't understand why there isn't a bigger buzz here about powered plugins.
I've only downloaded the ones from Sonic Foundry so far, but I'm sure there must be a users group out there somewhere sharing impulse responses. I've been busy experimenting with my own, so I haven't taken the time to look. . And it's much more than just reverb modeling. You can model amps, mics, or whatever.Originally posted by chessrock
Hey Barefoot, I've heard that there are places you can download different "spaces" that have already been modeled for the Accoustic Mirror. Do you know where someone might go to get some of them?
