What Motherboard Are You Using?

Hi All
Just curious as to what motherboards are being used out there...maybe chipset would be a better way of differentiating them.

I'm curious to see if anything like a consensus arises.

Asus P4PE (Intel 845PE chipset) here.

Mine's an AMD Duron (a slow one at 750Mhz)

ABIT KV7 (VIA chipset) with an AMD2800. Homebuilt. I never resolved the problems with the Audiophile 2496 and the VIA chipset, despite new everything (4in1, mobo, latest Delta drivers) and every tweak I found across half a dozen bbs - given up and gone back to my Audiowerk for now.

MSI 865 Neo2-FISR... something like that. An intel 865 chipset, firewire, lan, usb, audio (disabled). I run it with a 2.8 Ghz P4 chip. It's easy to overclock, but not the best for overclocking, loses some stability. And has no system temperature monitor, which is an annoyance. Other than that, rock solid, fast, and I'm happy with it.

Didn't know you wanted the CPU type as well.
AMD mobile athlon xp 2400+ overclocked to 2.29Ghz. It will go higher but I'm limited by my Ram. The best I can get from my PC2700 is a 340 FSB.

Anyone using this Sis 655TX chipset? Its on the Asus P4S800D-E Deluxe and the Gigabyte 8S655TX Ultra and perhaps others, I suppose. It has comparable performance to the i875 at much lower cost point....

MSI KT4AV Series MS-6712. AMD Athlon XP+ 2400, running XP Home. Put it together last week to upgrade from ECS K7S5A/Win 98, and it seems pretty solid.
