Hey everybody,

I just got Vol 1 of Drums on Demand (loops) in the mail and put them in a few of my songs. If you're interested in a good inexpensive acoustic drum loop set, I would definately recommend them.

Go here to listen to them: http://www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?songs=261004&T=2522. The first 4 songs use Drums on Demand for the drums. ("The Way It Has To Be", "Something Better", "13 Miles", and "Better This Way")

The loops are arranged in song sets, with loop names like "verse" and "chorus" and "verse fill" and. . . .well you get the idea - really fast and easy to use.

Anyway, I'm a happy customer, but I don't have much experience with drums (guitar player here). Have a listen and let me know what you think of them. Did I get my $50 worth?

Let me know what you think of the songs and production, as well. Recording notes are on the song pages.

I checked out the link. Great songwriting and recordings. The drums sound very real, natural, organic and perfectly produced. I'd say you got your money's worth.

Where did you get the loops from?

D.O.D. is available here.

I use 'em and like 'em too. One of the few loop sets that concentrates on real acoustic drum sounds, and does it well. Very user-friendly. No breaking glass, barking dogs, or other novelty sounds. Just straight ahead good acoustic drums.

Hey thanks fritzmusic! I appreciate the compliments. You can only get the loops from their website, which is listed in the post above. The more I use them the happier I am with them.
