This is a cover of Jimi Hendrix's song red house. It was recorded live in an untreated garage. We still need to record lead guitar, vocals and a hammond organ. The Mp3 version doesn't sound as good so if you want to hear the wav version of the song just leave your email here and I will email it to you. By the way this is not my band. It is my friends band who needs a quick demo to get some gigs.

anybody? Does anybody thing the snare might be a little too loud?

i realize thare's a lot of work to do yet but here it is.
try a different guitar amp or pedal (sounds like one of thoes digital pratice amps or something), turn down the clean git and remove the chorous/whatever effect/try less compression whatever
i personally dig that bass sound esp for that kind of music but someone else won't
don't be afraid to turn the kit up

it's only my 2 cents, take it as such

all right. Did you think the snare was too loud. Yeah he has a nice fender amp but he wanted to go straight in. I am not quite sure why. He put a lot of effects on it althought I would have preferred it clean. I could have put the effects on later.
