Hey guys,
I used 4 mics on this one.. 3 Shure SM58s (tom, tom, snare) and a samson (?) bass drum mic. I'm playing on a Pacific CX kit, Clear Ambs over Coated Emps (weird combo I know, should be the other way round but can't be bothered to change them). Snare is a Mapex Black Panther Hammered Steel.
Havn't applied any EQ or anything, slightly panned the toms left/right.
What do you think? Does it sound ok, Do i need to add any mics, maybe condensors to give the cymbals more clarity? Any feedback would be apprietiated.
Recording
Thanks.
