wee chillout tune

Well I guess you could rap over it....any way Im listening on my computer speakers and my opinion would be that the bass drum sounds flabby. Lots of low end and no snap. I haven't checked on my monitors. It also sounds like the release on the b.d. is long which I like but is contributing to the muddiness. I think what I would do is add a tight snappy bass drum over your big boomy bass drum and eq and compress accordingly. That way it may translate to systems of all sizes.

it has two kicks on it as described, it translates on my PC speakers and car etc, but i guess not everyone's

thanks for listening and the comments, if anyone else can confirm the same I may go back and revisit and tweak it...I think most of us just get used to listening to stuff on monitors after a while

The intro section reminds me a lot of Moby's latest album.
This is really enjoyable to listen to. Might even have to bookmark this one. ;)

thanks phase...its just a sketch really so nice you like it :)

Not something I'd listen to in a million years, but it's done well and well mixed.

The only thing, to me (and I realize that a few keyboard players commented on the song and didn't mention what I'm going to say, so feel free to ignore it) is that the organ patch has too much of a "click" on it in the intro, every time you change chords. I'm sure it's intentional and I might be way off in saying it's too "clicky", but it was the first thing I noticed.

Other than that, it's great "mood" music.

thanks Rami, cant imagine why you'd subject yourself to this lol

yeah theres a bit of a click, i dont mind it much...it was the saturator I put it through really emphasised it but it never really bugged me..it might now haha

youve got good ears, its been said :)
