Any of you guys design websites? For cheap lol. I don't feel like sitting down and coding all the crap on there. plus I kind of forgot the Javascript coding techniques. And my creativity skills on websites lack lol

i know Change, Fieva and Jug...does good work...hit them up..

I would as my big head sister..but i think she takes to long and i dont think see does the big graphis.but let me do some searching

yeah, change has a nice one. I'm just in need of a website, my last one got destroyed because I was in the .01% of downtime which a certain set of servers messed up or something and there goes the website.....

Ive been doin websites for years now... ive actually been paid to do it before... but i dont currently have my own website up anymore so if your interested lemme kno and ill show you past work n whatnot...

AIM = voidSkiez
Email = voidSkiez at columbus.rr.com

To get a sense of my graphic work though... I did do my current sig and the sig for both Noddy and Desert Ease... They were done quickly so they arent my best but that is a basis of what can be done.

Yeah, I charge $100 Flat fee for website design. Same premise as my site. Frames based, all HTML. Can have a Flash player like mine...

You'd be responsible for all updates, etc. If you interested, hit me up.

I rather have HTML anyways, Flash is harder for me to keep updated. HTML, I can just throw onto notepad and code away. Hmm, let me get contents, and graphic's lined up before I make a decision on who ;)

How many pages?

How many pages do you need? What kind of graphics are you looking for? I do websites but I do it for healthcare industry and also a lot of home based businesses. But if it's simple and small I could do an all HTML site for $100. That's not including purchasing the domain name and hosting. I can recommend a place I use that's cheap though.

Is the website for your music or a band? Or something else entirely?

It's going to be somewhere along the lines of 8+ pages. I'll be adding more as I get everyone's BIO, pictures etc.. I already have a domain name www.mindsetentertainmentinc.net though right now it's pointing to my sound click since I don't have a site any longer.... Hosting, I found 2 places that I'll either be going to, one offers 5GB with 600 emails, 325 transfer, with godaddy $4/month, and another site that I was looking at that started at 2.50/m for 10GB 500 emails and 350gb transfer.... I rather have the emails more than space though

Learn some HTML and CSS and it's free. ;)

Seriously, the tutorials are short, and easy to understand. That's how I learned.

If you want to add some flash and stuff then there's tutorials for that too but I've never read any.

www.RentACoder.com is also a good freelance place to hire people to design your website. Depending on what you need, you can usually get it done for a good price.

Or search for free website templates and just add your content or change them however you want to.

Why? Do you need 600 email accounts? I would rather have space to upload my music. And more than either of those what you need is a large enough monthly traffic limit, or bandwidth limit.

There's another web hosting service, that I was looking at that offers unlimited space & unlimited bandwidth but I was kind of sceptical about it...
600 email accounts, I already have used up 80 email accounts as of today. Eventually this will be a multi-billion dollar label :D :D :D :D :D :D :D I will eventually exceed that amount by far. There's 28 employees all together if you count the 5 person street team lol.

Each artist will have his/her own page. Then you got your about the company, home page, and then each artists' release page, which will show each album released, upcoming ones, and then on each album released, will show the details for those albums. Then I'll need a news section which I'll update myself regularly. Then there's the service page, and in that service page alone, will host regular clients, mastering, engineers, duplication, replication, marketing, recording quotes & times, etc. In reality, there will be possibly over 50 pages and more in the future of course... Which is not the main part I'm looking for. It's really the design & start up site that I'm interested. I would use the same format and add pages later on when I need to, either that or hire a local web developer to keep track of the site for me.

On the emails, I always send out notices, recording time booked, financial informations about the company's earnings, upcoming projects, etc to all the people who need to know.

When the site is done, I will also add a section starting off where I'll be able to sell rights to beats, film scores, written pieces, you know, all the ecommerce crap I'm going to have to add. I already have a merchants account. Reality is though, I'm not going to be expecting 200,000 viewers a day starting the site off. I can't really say how many will actually come onto the site. Most of the content will not exceed a 350gb limit per month anyways. I will most likely host only a handful of mp3's maybe max 20 mp3's, if any at all. Music will be available to purchaser's via Itunes, CD Baby, Target, Walmart, Fry's Electronic, Circuit City, Best Buy etc. Which will come very soon as I get a product ready worthy of being commercialized.

I do know how to "build" a website, but designing it for me is the difficult part. Mine would be too simple to charge $5 dollars to someone lol.

Of course, expansion will be necessary in the future. I figured $3.99/month is not bad, and upgrading it to 400gb space, 10,000gb transfer, 5,000 emails for $20-30 more isn't going to be bad either.

Eventually I'll probably have a part where anyone can upload their beats & sell it... Not to just anyone however, I'm talking about selling beats to people who are very well connected & are actually in the business making $$$$.

With +4 Productions doing business with Mindset, I'll be able to offer beats along with the package deal they have. IE, Package 1 includes Chamillionaire, Ludacris, Jadakiss, & Twista & beats for $80,000-$120,000.

All this being reasonable & doable of course.

Change does good work as do I. I offered to make you a banner (free of charge) a long time ago. Offer still stands fam. Hit me up. I would be willing to get some work for you for the same price as Change (normally I charge more, but I also add in the price of the hosting service too and etc.). I base all of mine off HTML too (learning Flash but haven't mastered it yet). EIther way, you can't go wrong man.

Fiev.

I did like danny said. I needed a website, and I already had the photoshop skills to do it. I just had to learn the HTML. That was 3 years ago... I've redesigned my site 3 times since then, and I've done multiple client sites in the last two years...

Honestly, I don't care if you choose me to do it or not... I'd be happy to help you out, no doubt. But with all the stuff you talking about for "down" the road... By the time you're making moves like that, and you actually need 600 email accounts... You'll be bankrolling a whole web design/marketing team as a part of your label. Anything I can give you now, will be obsolete by then... I'd say the same for anyone offering to do it for you on this site, or any other site.

The type of website you're talking about for down the road, will easily run $5000 to $10,000
