Want to play the Guitar (I Need Help)

Playing guitar is not easy. It takes discipline and patience and perseverience. Be prepared to sacrifice your social time for practice.
Be prepared to spend tons of money in the long run. If you really want to play music do not get married or have children. If you are a true musician your girl will always be second fiddle so be prepared to listen to her whine that you love that guitar more than her and don't spend enough time with her.
Keeping all this in mind, go for it.
I have been playing over forty years and it is really the only thing that has kept me going.

There's nothing like a slap bass solo... Nothing! Just some friends clapping and you ripping. Slap it like it didn't clean the kitchen!
