hi,
just bought this headphone amp to boost the signal from my bass guitar into M-Audio FastTrack recording interface - plugged the mini amp into my bass, plugged the headphones in, made sure the amp was set 'on' with pilot light ok. all i get is a loud buzzing in the phones - no bass sounds at all - nothing from the guitar
very disappointed!
tried juggling a variety of jack plugs and adapters - all to no avail. then i unplugged the Vox and inserted a Boss overdrive pedal ~ set sparingly ~ between the bass and the FastTrack: this worked quite well - boosting the bass mildly without causing background noise or distortion
so i know my kit is rocking out ok - so what's with the amPlug?
