Maybe I can save you some trouble looking into long CD's. I recently looked for just such a thing trying to edit my boss's 90 minute spoken tapes down onto an 80 minute CD. Wouldn't that be nice? Hard to cut 90 down to 74....

They told me they can do it, but that it might not play back on all CD players due to the non-standard format. I've already run into problems with this: I burned an 80 minute CD for my girl and her new car stereo won't play it... :( Of course, it might just be that it was a CD-R. Some players still choke on them.

Is it that players won't play them at all, or just not past 74 minutes? I should get this confirmed before proceding...

I've been updating it every day I work on the comp cd. I didn't work on it during the last two days though.....but I am working on it right now. I'll post the status tonight.
