Vienna vs. Hamburg

So I was going to get an at4050, but I want a pair, and I'm sorry, even if they are going for 350, I can't afford 700. I've heard the ADK Hamburg is great, and that the Vienna is very similar, except a little more bright.

So I either want the Hamburg or the Vienna. Here's what my voice sounds like:

kind of high and smoothish. Seeing I have no real expirience with mics, I need your help!

Which one do you think would suite my voice? I also need them for guitar and piano.

After listening to your vox I'd suggest the ADK Hamburg LE's matched pair. You can pick them up for $499 on ebay or email them direct and you may get them for less. The Hamburgs will do a great job on your vox as well as the acoustic guitar. Nice song by the way. Links below. Good luck.

Antispatula - Good luck with the mic purchase, stereo mics on the acoustic will add a lot of dimension. I just want to say - that was a really ruff recording with many mistakes and a lot of room for improvement........and I loved it. You are a diamond in the rough, and I wish you all the luck in the world on your musical journy.

Haha and yeah I know that recording sucks, it was done with an at3035 with no treatement and not using any eq and done in about 4 hours.....but thanks anyways, I appreciate it! It was the first song I every wrote last year!
