Hi this is my first post after reading many a great,
Ok so here's my situation, I want to record a bunch of demos on a Tascam 414 mk1. I'm recording on my own at the moment but need a friend to record drums over some tracks. I want to record a scratch guitar track for him to record with and then in my own time re record the guitar. We don't have time to practice the songs together, it's him being more like a session guy, i give him the track he records the drums etc...anyway I'll have to use a metronome for my part, since we wont be playing at the same time.
Problem is I have songs with tempo shifts, how would I record with a metronome when there are tempo shifts?
Any ideas on how to make it as simple as possible?
thanks
