Using 2 Delta 44's together

If you are running windows XP both cards will sync together using Kernelsync in the software

So, I can run any 2 M-Audio cards together this way? or do they have to be 2 of the same?

ANY of the DELTA family of M-Audio cards will do this.

I run a Delta 1010 and two Delta 410 PCI cards for 12in/24out

This method works with combinations of 24/96, Delta 44, Delta 66 Delta 1010 and Delta 1010lt...and the Delta DIO I believe

You can run up to 4 cards in one system (resources permitting)

Nope, no headphone jack. Take two of the outs and go to a headphone amp/mixer/stereo system with a headphone jack on it/etc.
