Tascam HQ in Montbella CA USA have offered to send me replacement EPROM's for my faulty Tascam MTS-1000 Midiizer, but only to a USA address.
I did sent countless Emails & left many voicemails, & even sent a letter to Tascam UK saying that Tascam USA actually have the parts available for them to access but 3 months later they have failed to answer at all. That's typical customer service in this country, just ignore the client & hope he will give up!!!!
So I'm asking if anyone can please let me use a USA address so Tascam can send the EPROM's out & forward them to London England. Of course I'll pay the postage & extra shipping costs,.
