Urgent Setup Help!! For a Noob

What up yall. Ok so i have about $500 to work with. I already have a Rode NT1 mic which i really like, and a behringer UB 1832 FX pro which is ok. I want to get a new soundcard and a preamp with this $500 dollars. I am pretty much in the dark and don't want to make a bad investment so i need ur guys help. All i need to connect to my computer is a mic for rap vocals, so i dont need a bungch of ins and outs. Basically i wanna know

Is the Audiophile 24/96 a good choice for a card?

What are some good preamp suggestions for rap vocals around $300??

Yes again. The specs for the preamp should tell you. Check out the maudio DMP3 to go with the 2496.

Here is a 2 channel pre amp that's decent. Since you are recording rap/hip hop, you would only need about 2 channels.

Here is a decent sound card that isn't too pricey. I have an M-Audio delta 1010. It hasn't given me any issues so I figure it's a decent sound card company.
