Undo/Redo frustration

Is anyone else having problems with the undo/redo command? Whenever I use this function I don't get the time back. In other words, if I record a track and make a mistake, I press the undo/redo key and it seems to erase the bad take. However, the track minutes aren't returned. This is really frustrating. I tried erasing the track and I am still having the same problem. I'm hoping that I'm the one at fault here, instead of it being a bug in the machine.

For those of you that are new to the machine and are having the same problem here is what the Fostex website has to say:

'In order to free up memory used by deleted or undo'ed events, you need to execute "Delete Unused" commmand. It's under; MENU>>Song>>DELETE UNUSED>>ENTER.

I didn't find this in the manual, but I am one happy guy to have found the answer. I was close to returning the machine if it was a bug.
