unable to post?

for the last couple of days i've been trying to post a question in the "computer recording" section, but there seems to be something wrong

when i post the message board seems to hang for while, and then i get a message saying "the post is a duplicate of one i posted less than 5 mins ago"

it then forwards me to the "computer recording" section, but there is no sign of my post

i've tried this a dozen times now, using ie6 & firefox and i get exactly the same error

any ideas? is it because i'm a newbie here? have i missed something?

I've had problems before with very long thread titles.
