Everything else (recorder, monitor section and meters) are powered as per normal, but not the mixer. I've remedied the problem with the fuses (turns out there was a screw stuck between the monitor buss PCB and the one next to it (A? B? ???), which was causing a short; so they're not the problem this time. I also made sure the M buss board is seated correctly across all the boards and checked each trace for continuity. Doesn't seem to be any problem with that. Maybe I need to test for something other than just that signal/power is flowing from one end to the other, but I've no idea what to check for. Assuming it's not a misplaced connector.
