Help Me Out Here...
I've got a tr-505 I use for composing, roughing out ideas. Last night I turned it on and my tempo setting had gone haywire,
It won't hold a set tempo, but "flutters" within a 6 - 8 bpm range. What did I do wrong? What is causing this?
I think I had it set on a monitor (magnetic field) for the last week. Might that contribute to this? What controls the tempo in these units?
Before I suck it up, and call Roland Tech, I thought I'd ask here for any ideas/suggestions. Or did I just create the "natural" drummer this little box has yet to provide? (bad joke)
Any ideas/thoughts are appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike
