I don't know where to get one, but I'd imagine you can make one if you really need one... (or few different ones for different tapes
). Cut the "thing" out of some thick film-like plastic , I'd think transparent/clear would work the best. Then, Spend an hour or so with stop-watch, play the tape, stop every what ever xxmins and mark, then you can calculate length too if you need it.
